1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 799bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://799bdt.vip, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

Deposit Terms

Standard processing fees charged by your payment provider, if any, are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms

Eligibility for Bonuses

Wagering Requirements

6. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any person under the age of 18.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose.
• Money laundering: Using the 799bdt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or in any manner that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.

Platform Availability

9. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may close your 799bdt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat and submitting a formal account closure request. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be removed and bonus funds forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of standard KYC verification and a final compliance review.

Self-Exclusion
